Along the way I'll be examining the role of the <em>play-drive</em> in Schiller, how this concept of drive is taken up in Nietzsche and Freud, and how Schiller's aesthetic politics is integral to Marx's postulation of collective labour in the 1844 Manuscripts. Then gently rounding off by explaining how this <em>romantic physiology</em> is an essential element of <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">Deleuze</span> and <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3">Guattari's</span> strange Marxism, a romantic physiology which derives in no small part from their engagement with <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4">Klossowski's</span> 'Living Currency' and his strong readings of Nietzsche. I'm hoping that the discipline of writing these <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5">blog posts</span> should improve my work rate and my writing style, both of which are in dire need of development. My first post will be on <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6">Klossowski's</span> recently translated essay, 'Nietzsche, Polytheism and Parody'.
